The Marketing Manager, Marshalls, is responsible for leading channel marketing strategies, with the intention of driving short- and long-term growth for the brand. The Marketing Manager has a strong understanding of the marketing landscape, brand priorities, developing and leading creative and operational processes and can translate insights and data to inform strategies and programs.

Reporting to Manager of Marketing, Customer Experience for Marshalls, this specific role is responsible for managing programs and initiatives that enhance the customer experience in-store and online. This includes running seasonal signage programs and gift cards, partnering on store design initiatives, leading the marketing of new stores, oversite of email creative development and process.

This role will partner closely with key collaborators in Store Operations, Store Design, Merchandising, .com, Media, and Loyalty to ensure strategies and initiatives effectively convey the brand identity and create shopping environments that are easy, fun and underscore the value proposition.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• Partner with the Manager Of Marshalls and internal teams to manage and implement annual strategies and plans for Marshalls retail experience, email/site and new stores
• Manage the creative development of retail and email marketing plans; seasonal sign packages, merchandise department opportunities
• Support Manager Of and AVP on the creation of new store prototypes and store design projects
• Contribute to the development and coordinate execution of marketing strategy for new store openings and relocations
• Manage the creative development of Marshalls Gift Cards for both stores and site in partnership with Store Operations
• Work closely with TJX Loyalty team on the development and execution of Marshalls programs/projects
• Foster positive relationships with Store Operations and Field to develop communications of key marketing programs and partnerships to generate awareness and engagement
• Collaborate and partner with TJ Maxx and Marshalls Brand and Customer Experience teams on joint programs and strategies that help to deliver a consistent experience across all marketing channels
• Lead execution of internal communications (video production, presentations, etc.) that drive awareness, excitement and engagement behind Brand initiatives among key audiences - Board, TJX, Field, etc., includes positive relationships with other TJX brands
• Oversight of budget for new stores and signage production
• Manage and develop a high performing team - cultivating a culture in which each associate feels welcomed, valued and engaged

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent educational background
• 6+ years of Marketing and or Customer Experience for an advertising agency or BTC business, preferably in retail or fashion/home fashions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including deep listening and inquiry, highly collaborative
• Interest in fashion/style, home trends, and is digitally savvy
• Experience evaluating creative and interpreting brand vision through creative execution
• Ability to build relationships with all levels within an organization
• Skilled user of Microsoft Office programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

This position is hybrid requiring 2 days per week in the Framingham, MA home office and is not open to remote.

This position has a starting salary range of $90,200 to $115,200 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
