Serve as the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) resource and Zonal point of contact for Field/Stores.

As the Zonal I&D leader:

• Provide coaching and guidance to RVPs and DMs to develop an I&D plan for their respective Region/ District.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise wide I&D initiatives as well as company business priorities.

• Co-design, monitor and keep updated an I&D engagement and communication strategy for the Field organization.

• Reinforce attendance/ leveraging of I&D learning and development programs to increase knowledge of I&D best practices.

• Partner with HR Lead and HR COEs (TA, L&D, talent management, I&D) to ensure I&D activities are embedded in HR processes for the Field, e.g., talent acquisition, performance review and talent planning and review, etc.

• Partner with Regional leaders and HR to create strategies to engage and retain a diverse workforce across the Field and in the stores.

• Partner with the Community Relations department to support diversity related community partnerships and activities.

• Responsible for partnering with Zone leadership to support the embedding I&D strategies throughout Marmaxx Field organization.

• Consultant to Field Leaders for I&D upskilling, alignment, and embedding of principles.

• Informs SRVPs of success and/or opportunities within the MegaZone to align and embed TJX I&D strategies in support of MarMaxx Field leadership.

• Operates cross-functionally with the other MegaZone Field I&D Managers to optimize resources, access to content/information, and align to company-wide strategy. -Works closely with Zone AVPHR on large-scale projects i.e. Summits, I&D training, and talent review.

• Involved in Company-wide I&D strategic sessions and events

• Serves as Company-wide I&D Liaison for MarMaxx Field I&D Committees

This position has a starting salary range of $111,300.00 - $144,800.00 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
