The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for managing the development, enhancement, and maintenance of all HomeGoods and Homesense Loss Prevention & Safety programs and resources, inclusive of the LP Associate, Store Associate and DC Associate experience via communication platforms, awareness materials, best practices, and policy & procedures. Manages and oversees operational solutions that support shrink & damage mitigation, reduction of liabilities associated with safety & risk, achievement of profitable sales & production, and expansion and growth of the HomeGoods and Homesense organization.

- Manages and creates content and materials for company programs that deliver planned shrink, damage and health & safety objectives including development, communication and execution of LP & Safety awareness programs, events, and initiatives within stores & DCs.
- Manages development, enhancement, and maintenance of all LP materials; to include training, policy & procedure, best practices, and job aids. Prepares updates as necessary and collaborates with cross divisional LP teams to ensure consistency of execution as applicable to HomeGoods/Homesense.
- Drive LP Associate experience through oversight of loss prevention communication platforms and methods including all LP team websites, associate experience technologies and communication systems
- Supports Loss Prevention shrink, damage and safety initiatives with research and beta tests of new products. Evaluates LP project results and if applicable, develops plans for application use.
- Engages key stakeholders to influence and gather insight on initiatives and projects which require LP support and involvement.
- Manages accurate and timely LP & Safety communication to stores, DCs, and LP Organization and various leaders.
- Oversees and promotes the use of LP SharePoint site as a communication efficiency vehicle. Makes updates and enhancements to ensure accuracy, relevance, and ease of site accessibility and navigation.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Three (3) years progressive experience in Management, preferably off -price, with experience in operations, loss prevention, customer service and/or health and safety, project management, program initiatives.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to leverage prior experience and adapt quickly to the changing work environment to make effective decisions, revise business strategies to support the vision of the organization
- Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Strong leadership and people management skills including coaching, providing advice and guidance to Associates to resolve issues/problems; evaluating performance and providing feedback to team members; participate in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with multiple departments and Senior Leadership as well as use multiple communication sources. Strong time management and organizational skills.
- High proficiency in loss prevention system and technologies, computer programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minimum high school education, equivalent experience, post-secondary education in Business Management, Criminal Justice, Marketing, Communication or other like discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred

This position has a starting salary range of $80,500 to $102,700 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentive
