IT Security & IT Systems Intern
1- Acquisirà una solida comprensione delle attività di un reparto IT in una azienda parte di una Corporation internazionale e avrà l'opportunità di approfondire i processi, le tecnologie e le metodologie utilizzate. L'obiettivo sarà comprendere come il reparto IT supporta le esigenze aziendali quotidiane, gestendo progetti, manutenzione e implementazione di soluzioni IT.
2- Sarà anche coinvolto nella segnalazione delle problematiche all'Help Desk, monitorando lo stato di avanzamento delle richieste di supporto e garantendo una comunicazione efficace con i dipendenti degli uffici in Italia e Portogallo.
3- Supporterà le attività di routine del reparto IT come la gestione dei dispositivi aziendali, l'aggiornamento dei sistemi e la configurazione delle postazioni di lavoro al fine di garantire un funzionamento quotidiano efficiente.
4- Assisterà e supporterà la configurazione e la consegna dei dispositivi IT ai dipendenti degli uffici in Italia e Portogallo.
4- Potrebbe essere coinvolto in brevi trasferte nelle sedi dell'azienda.
5- Verrà data la possibilità di avere una panoramica dei diversi ruoli e reparti presenti in azienda cosi' da comprendere come l'IT si integra con altre funzioni aziendali.
6- Richiesto buon livello della lingua italiana e inglese
