Position Overview:
The Image Specialist is responsible for the digital editing, processing, organization and publishing of images that appear on Sierra.com. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of professional experience with Adobe photo-editing software and will thrive in a fast-paced production environment that focuses on continuous improvement. Excellent time-management and organizational skills are a must. Image Specialists work closely with fellow Post Production team-members and Third-Party partners, as well as Photographers, Copywriters, Merchandising Assistants, Buyers, Q.A. and Vendors to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy for our internal and external customers.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Edit, process, organize and publish digital image files for the Sierra.com website
- Work in a team environment to meet challenging production goals
- Partner with Third-Party teams to ensure image quality and deadlines are met
- Achieve high standards of quality, accuracy and quantity
- Learn and follow Sierra.com style standards for all product categories
- Work with Third-Party resources, Photographers, Copywriters, Merchandising Assistants, Quality Assurance, Buyers, Vendors and other teams to ensure Sierra.com images meet the highest standards
Skills and Abilities:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-based production environment
- Meet and exceed challenging production goals in both quality and quantity
- Proactively use problem-solving skills to continuously improve workflow processes and find efficiencies
- Possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of personnel at Sierra, TJX and our Vendors
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of professional experience using Adobe photo-editing software
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work quickly with great accuracy
- Continuous-improvement mindset
- Associate's degree or relevant college coursework preferred
- Experience in e-commerce a plus
- Experience in automating Adobe image editing processes is desirable
- Overtime may be required during times of peak production
This position has a starting pay range of $15.20 to $26.60 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
