We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Business Partner to represent our European associates within a global IT function. This role is pivotal in driving our HR strategy and ensuring the alignment of our global initiatives with local needs.

What you'll do

In this role you'll deliver HR strategy and objectives through coaching, supporting, and challenging the passionate IT team. You'll be representing Europe within the Global IT function and provide expert HR advice and guidance globally across the IT function at all levels.

As the main HR contact for European IT team members and their global managers and leaders you'll provide expert HR advice and consultation on all HR issues that arise, and providing necessary solutions to meet the needs of the department in line with the Global IT strategy.

You'll build a picture of our succession and talent development programs for Europe, ensuring a robust pipeline of future leaders. Alongside this you'll champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, encouraging a culture of belonging and respect and signpost the IT teams to our wellbeing programs that support the physical, mental, and financial health of our associates. You'll apply your solid knowledge of European employment laws to support compliance and mitigate risks.

You'll need to apply your expertise in the Four Box HR Model to drive strategic HR initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes and navigate and influence within a complex matrix organization, collaborating effectively across various functions, regions and time zones.

You'll get to champion our company culture and raise global awareness of specific European cultural aspects while maintaining a global approach.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organisation.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with the Four Box HR Model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage partners at all levels.
  • Solid knowledge of European employment laws and their application in a corporate Global setting.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, with the ability to manage numerous partners and priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, environment.
