In this role, you will be a key player in our mission to provide outstanding service and create an inclusive and engaging environment for our Global Talent Management (GTM) Associates, HR and Learning & Development (L&D) Partners, and TJX learners. GTM Operations Manager will drive continuous improvement for GTM operations processes. The manager will partner with GTM Associates, HR and Learning & Development (L&D) Partners, developing strategies to drive alignment in GTM communications, processes, scheduling, calendaring, reporting and process improvements. The manager will work collaboratively with Talent and L&D partners across all geographies to tailoring our approach to the unique nuances within each geography.

  • Lead intake meetings on US or Global requests and collaborate with GTM Executive Development, Talent Practices, and Leadership Development.
  • Guide the implementation of appropriate solutions, whether it's a Buy, Build, or Leverage Existing Program strategy.
  • Builds & maintains a practice of innovation and excellence in Operations processes
  • Develops robust communications strategies for GTM in partnership with TJX Internal Communications
  • Supervises and develops Specialist(s)
  • Guides development of norms, processes, and best methods to enable implementation strategies to ensure flawless execution of GTM solutions
  • Collaborates with GTM ED, GTM Leadership Development and GTM Talent Practices as well as other L&D Functions globally to establish cadence to gain insights on operational process improvements, benchmarking and best practices

Who We Are Looking For: You.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of related experience in operations or HR
  • Leadership experience to act as a collaborative partner and positively influence management and staff to exceed business function's needs
  • Established communication skills and experience in creating communications strategies
  • Strong collaborative abilities, including business sense, negotiation, organizational, interviewing, conflict management, information gathering, resilience, and active listening skills
  • Curiosity and an open mind to follow and apply insights from feedback, information and data
  • Thorough knowledge of the business that informs how to share information to influence change
  • Process and project management skills

This position has a starting salary range of $90,200 to $115,200 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
