Ensure the accurate and timely audit and entry of international &/or domestic related transportation and logistics services invoices for all our brands, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and Homesense. Collaborate with Logistics Operations, Carrier Management and Logistics Systems groups in researching and resolving issues associated with invoice, contract and system variances within the Transportation Management System (TMS) and other TJX Corporate Systems. Communicates on a regular basis with assigned Logistics Providers supporting our sophisticated supply chain network to ensure the timely and accurate submission of invoices. Prepares Account summaries and assists in Audit documentation. Fast paced learning environment combined with a phenomenal introduction to Logistics.

- Audits and processes logistics invoices across all modes of transportation including Imports, Truckload, Intermodal, LTL and Parcel as well as Consolidation and Transload operations
- Research multiple invoice related variables and conduct root cause analysis when freight invoices do not match a planned freight movement in our Transportation Management System (TMS) or Imports System
- Validates the accuracy of invoiced costs compared to contractual rates within a tolerance range and resolves out of tolerance variances.
- Analyze Match Variance and other exception reporting to research and resolve invoices that are not compliant to our contractual pricing and service agreements.
- Conducts root cause analysis on rating/invoicing variances and communicates findings and resolution action items
- Research Carrier EDI 210 invoice exceptions and collaborates with Logistics Systems team to resolve issues
- Conducts monthly account receivable reconciliations with carriers to resolve outstanding invoice issues.
- Manages assigned Carrier SharePoint Sites for invoicing
- Leads weekly Teams Meetings with assigned Carriers to ensure timely and accurate invoice submission and payments processed in accordance with our Payment Dating agreements.
- Escalates payment issues with the supporting documentations to Freight Payment, Operations and Carrier Management leadership teams
- Using the TJX routing guide, identifies invoices with vendor routing violations and creates chargebacks. Works with appropriate contact to resolve issues.
- Makes recommendations to enhance systems and provide more effective and actionable reporting.
- Participates in special projects or other duties as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills and identify corrective actions required
- Analytical approach to problem solving, demonstrating strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including V Look-ups, Pivot Tables and conditional formatting)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment with proven track record to multi-task

This position has a starting pay range of $20.80 to $26.55 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
