The Fixture Specialist Manager will lead and mentor a team, ensuring fixture order fulfillment aligns with corporate objectives. You'll manage project schedules, provide training, and foster team morale. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to effectively managing fixture projects. You'll also handle communication with various stakeholders, validate field requests, and oversee fixture delivery processes. In the absence of the Manager of Fixture Administration, you'll approve shipments and review expense reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the ongoing activities of the Fixture Specialist Supervisors and direct reports, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Ensure that the fixture order fulfillment process is executed in line with Property Development & corporate objectives for all new, remodel, and special projects.
- Provide training and schedule local store visits for the Fixture Specialist team to successfully implement required objectives while maintaining a sense of team involvement and high morale.
- Responsible for scheduling projects and communication to the Fixture Specialist team about ongoing initiatives.
- Assist in developing/updating fixture estimate software programs to ensure the most efficient process is in place.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, store planning, store operations, general contractors, transportation, and fixture vendors, to effectively lead fixture projects.
- Collaborate with Store Operations Managers to determine if additional field requests are supported and valid and complete additional purchase orders as needed.
- Work with property development associates to communicate issues pertinent to the successful completion of tasks. Provide store planning with feedback on fixture plan revisions, accurate fixture delivery information, and other pertinent issues that may improve the overall fixture delivery and installation process.
- Maintain strong communication with Regional AVP of Operations to respond to their needs while adhering to Property Development policies.
- Work with Transportation to ensure they receive current store project schedules and fixture delivery information. Conduct periodic meetings with Transportation associates to discuss outstanding issues and better tracking tools/technology for fixture deliveries.
- In the absence of the Manager of Fixture Administration, approve costly shipments to the stores and review reports to track fixture expenses for management review.
- Assist in developing programs to ensure the fixture specialist team is run in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
- Responsible for remodel and special project assignments for the fixture specialists
- Interviews candidates for openings for the fixture specialist position
- Responsible for making sure that all projects stay within budget. If a store is over budget, the fixture specialist partners with the appropriate resources to determine if the scope of work needs to be revised. The budgets the fixture specialists are responsible for in new stores are up to $313K and in remodels up to $277K.
- Responsible for maintaining the special project report fixture costs and ensuring the costs are up to date and accurate
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1 - 3 years' experience in retail/customer service is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical & multi-tasking skills
- Leadership skills
- General fixture and retail knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office programs: Excel, Word,
- Experience with Oracle and creating purchase orders
- Experience with AutoCad, Revit, Blue Beam
- Strong project management skills

This position has a starting salary range of $90,200 to $115,200 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
