As the Facilities Administration Supervisor, you will lead all activities of the Facilities Administration Department. You will provide customer service to all TJX store locations regarding facilities related repairs, always considering the impact on associates and customer experience.

- Supervise over 150,000 work orders annually across numerous categories, including plumbing, flooring, pest control, and building maintenance.
- Direct daily activities regarding the resolution of service issues, serving as the second level of partner concern for operational, chronic, or repetitive issues.
- Assess associate efficiency and performance, providing appropriate training and mentor on department and company procedures.
- Review vendor quotes and review monthly KPI reports.
- Ensure annual permits are kept current.
- Provide weekend emergency support as needed.
- Create reporting to proactively identify operational reoccurring issues.
- Supervise the operational performance and KPI's for facilities vendors.
- Interact with vendors regarding bi-annual performance reviews and additional feedback if needed due to poor performance.
- Supervise the processing of facilities invoices with a $10,000 invoice approval level.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience in related field
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excel skills required
- Strong and attention to detail and proven conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong follow up, organization and prioritization skills
- Strong listening and communication skills

This position has a starting salary range of $69,200.00 to $86,500.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
