We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to play a key role in driving our ER strategy and supporting our growth plans in Spain. Where You'll Be Based:
Primarily based in our Madrid head office, with occasional travel to Watford, the French Buying Office, and other European markets.
What You'll Do:
As an Employee Relations Manager, you'll:
- Be a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing expert ER advice and strategy.
- Support the French Buying Office alongside Spanish operations.
- Develop and maintain policies, ensuring compliance with Spanish legislation.
- Lead key ER projects and support strategic change initiatives.
- Drive engagement and wellbeing strategies to enhance Associate satisfaction.
- Deliver training and share employment law updates with HR teams.
What You'll Bring:
You'll thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and bring:
- Strong expertise in Spanish employee relations and employment law.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French is highly desirable.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, ideally in retail.
- A proactive, organized approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
