Job Description:

Position: Data Entry Associate

Reports to: IT Sup/ FIT Manager

Hours: Friday - Sunday | 10:00am-10:30pm

This position has a starting pay range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

JOB SUMMARY: Perform all phases of work in the SCAN/JDA Data Entry Office. This includes but is not limited to the following: Entry of Indirect Logs, downloading production data, entering adjustments and deletions, entering data into an Access Database, filing, and scanning of logs and adjustments, monitoring and answering SCAN emails. Other duties as assigned.

The above list is not all inclusive of this position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous computer training or experience
  • Keyboarding skills in accuracy and speed required
  • Must have a sense of urgency, motivation and be a self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to be flexible with changing demands and priorities
  • Must have a good attendance record
