What you'll do
It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:
- This position is responsible for revising, maintaining, producing, and distributing consistent communication of Store Operations information and procedures to Stores, Regional Offices and Home Office
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of new/existing policies, procedures, and forms on Store Operations database, including the Store Operations Communications Policy
- Primary Gatekeeper for all Store Operations communication platforms (Store Operations email inbox, Reflexis Task Manager, SharePoint, 1Media and WorkJam), leveraging these applications to distribute all communications to stores and field partners
- Responsible for the maintenance and rollout of new and existing store programs, initiatives, contests, events etc., across all communications platforms
- Collaborates and provides run-the-business support to all corporate business partners, across all levels of the organization, to obtain and compile information for all Store Operations communications and new or revised store procedures, programs, initiatives, contests, reminders, events etc
What you'll need
To begin your career with us, we require the following:
- Minimum one (1) year communication, administration/coordinator experience preferably within retail and or corporate environment
- Post-secondary education in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Communication, Public Relations, or related field considered an asset
- Demonstrated written, verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong editing, digital communication, proofreading, layout, and design skills; bilingualism an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), digital communication platforms like WorkJam, Reflexis and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, Dreamweaver)
Salary Range: $50,955- $71,337 /year
This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
