As a Buying Administrator, you are an essential part of the Buying team, ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes. Your meticulous management of itineraries, Purchase Orders, and Invoices lays the groundwork for our Buyers to excel. But that's just the beginning.

Your proactive approach will see you writing orders, sifting through potential suppliers, and playing a pivotal role in vendor management. By diving deep into vendor relationships, the insights you gather will be instrumental in streamlining our buying strategies, making you an invaluable asset to the team.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will handle daily administrative tasks that are crucial to maintaining our high standards. Your responsibilities will include managing the sample processes, coordinating with vendors to procure samples, and maintaining accurate records of sample receipts.

You will also set up displays for buyer reviews and assist in organizing mood boards, strategy packs, and presentations. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure that every product aligns with our vision, making you an essential part of our team.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • You enjoy driving task forward with the ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of priorities in a fast paced and changeable environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are key, as are strong interpersonal skills, where you can build relationships with people on all levels.
  • Proficient in using PCs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
  • You have a genuine interest in retail and a passion for product.
  • You are confident in working autonomously, without close supervision.
  • Proactive, efficient and able to work to deadlines
