The Creative Manager, Design for HomeGoods is responsible for managing the execution of all creative concepts and content for all customer touchpoints in support of the integrated marketing plan and Brand strategies.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to produce high quality, strategy-driven marketing campaigns that seamlessly integrate the needs of a fast paced, constantly evolving, and growing multi-channel business - while building the brand and driving transactions on site and in-store.
  • Daily collaboration with Brand Marketing, Site, Traditional Media, Digital Marketing and Analytics teams to deliver performance-driven, customer-centric creative content.
  • Partner across-channels to develop integrated campaigns including site content, home page assets, email, social media content, mobile & video and in-store signage - while consistently maintaining brand alignment across all communications.
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of in-house Digital design team.
  • Manage multiple work streams, with varying timelines and complexity.
  • Data-driven manager who understands how to target a message for a specific audience and drive conversions and transactional critical metrics.
  • Oversee, supervise, and organize monthly content photo shoots. Partner with external talent, including photographers & stylists, on art direction and driving the brand vision, as well as with the internal Content Production team on selection of crew and shoot planning/logistics.
  • Effectively present work, articulate design decisions to teams and clients, and respond positively to constructive feedback.
  • Work in partnership with Brand, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Services teams to operate within budget parameters to deliver the best end results, while keeping up with the rapid pace and velocity of providing creative services.
  • Supervise team and develop them for future growth, mentor staff on performance and professional development.
  • Inspire and mentor team to develop impactful creative ideas and executions that deliver and adhere to the brand standards ensuring cohesion and consistency.
  • Build and foster open and authentic work environment where diverse opinions are valued and encouraged.

Qualifications

  • BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent degree or professional work experience
  • 7+ years of design experience
  • Design Portfolio required (please make sure to include portfolio in application or on resume)
  • Expert in Photoshop and knowledge of Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere, InDesign, Acrobat, and Microsoft Suite
  • Strong design skills
  • Strong understanding and passion for the digital world including experience with site, mobile, email, and social media
  • Ability to manage large scope of multiple projects with changing demands
  • Excellent communication & organizational abilities
  • Experience working with creative agencies
  • Experience in both digital and print and channel a plus

This position is hybrid requiring 2 days per week in the office in Framingham, MA and is not open to remote work.

This position has a starting salary range of $90,200 to $115,200 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
