For our store management teams that means every day really is different as every delivery brings varied stock for the shopfloor. It's because of the sheer scale and constant variety that our Assistant Manager roles are perfect for people with High Street retail Store Manager or superstore Department Manager experience

Make no mistake, you'll have responsibility and autonomy from the start as you support the Store Manager and deputise when required. So you'll be making the most of your leadership and visual merchandising expertise from day one thinking on your feet to make the best decisions, fast. We'll give you all the training and support you need as you impress us with your drive and dedication. Then, if you consistently meet our high standards you could earn your chance to step into a Store Manager role running your own ??multi-million site.
