Responsibilities

  • Support regional executives and field leaders in HR functions.
  • Provide advanced administrative support and ensure effective office systems administration.
  • Interface with internal and external customers on various issues requiring tact and diplomacy.
  • Administer business reporting and HR compliance within the region.
  • Maintain daily activities of the regional office and oversee administrative projects.
  • Analyze operating practices and revise systems and procedures as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems and record-keeping systems.
  • Compile, summarize, and analyze data to create routine and complex reports.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of related experience in HR or business administration.
  • Associate degree in business administration or human resources is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type 60 words a minute.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
