Job Description
To provide outstanding service to our customers and be focused on getting it right first time. As a positive team player, assist in continuous improvement and champion our health and safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work in a warehouse environment under various temperatures including room temperature, cold-room, and/or freezer-room
• Unloading vehicles, opening packages and removing contents
• Labelling goods with details of storage location
• Picking and Packing goods for customer orders

• Operate equipment in a safe manner
• Housekeeping, all work areas to be kept clean and tidy
• Checking goods for damages and discrepancies and uses process for reporting
• Participates in continuous improvement related initiatives
• Operating IT Systems which includes the WMS and MS Office suite of products

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience
• Broad warehousing experience and the ability to bring a keen focus on occupational health and safety, productivity & throughput, quality and continuous improvement
• Experience operating powered equipment at various height
• Ability to consistently and independently follow policies and procedures, instructions, and to meet schedules required.
Skills & Attributes
• Understanding of WMS System and the end to end flow of materials in the warehouse environment
• Ability to problem solve, learn quickly and be flexible
• Desire to achieve and exceed performance metrics
• Strong communication skills & able to collaborate and work with others
• Actively engaged in workplace health & safety
