Job Description
Manages the day to day operations of the Import and Export department and activities for commercial products, ancillary supplies, investigational products and biological samples. Effectively manages import and export activities in fully compliance with CRG requirements, Client requirements and applicable local regulations. Serves as main point of contact regarding Import & Export matters within region of responsibility and in connection with: current projects, future projects and any CRG owned initiatives. Integrates all import and export activities into the clinical supply chain that supports each projects logistic strategy.

Ensures fluent communication and interaction with Regulatory bodies and applicable internal Departments in order to avoid any obstacle during the Import & Export process and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations. Participates in the bidding and./or bid defense opportunities regarding the
addition of import/export services for the assigned region.
Interacts frequently with internal personnel and outside representatives at various levels. Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external
representatives. Interaction typically concerns resolution of operational and
scheduling issues.
