Job Responsibilities
- Successfully implement and manage patient payment systems for clinical trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and flawless operation of payment platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot payment processes, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of payment systems and procedures.
- Offer technical support and training to internal teams as well as external collaborators, customers, and partners.
- Identify and incorporate standard methodologies for payment processes to maintain competitiveness in the market.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in information technology, specifically in payment systems or related fields.

- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
