Our global Clinical Operations colleagues within our PPD® clinical research services provide end-to-end support for clinical trials from study start up to monitoring through to study close out, across commercial and government contracts. Together, we help clients define and develop clinical programs, minimize delays, and execute high-quality, cost-efficient clinical studies.
The PPD FSP Solution:

You will design and develop effective training solutions to create the desired measurable business outcomes to improve performance and quality of our teams.
A day in the Life:
You will proactively collaborate to develop and deliver learning solutions that achieve positive business outcomes and industry compliance. You support and collaborate with us to plan, document, design and develop innovative training products for the business (videos, micro-learning, scenario-based learning, simulations, eLearning modules, games, infographics, workshops, exercises, etc.). With your team members you design and develop according to group standards and processes to increase impact and content retention. You are able to work independently with little support and plan work schedules to meet goals.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification in Instructional Design . Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years)

- Knowledge of learning and training technologies and modalities
- Willing to learn and develop continuously, research innovative solutions and quickly learn new tools and technologies to improve learning experiences for users.
- Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally in a global setting.
- Ability to handle changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Close attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to deliver high quality work within project timelines.
- Consistent track record to develop and deliver learning products, services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross-functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective.
- Effective in oral and written English.
- Physical Requirements / Work Environments
- Work is performed remote or in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
- Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day.
- Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
- Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
- Requires multiple periods of intense concentration.
- Performs a wide range of variable tasks supporting variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence.
