Location/Division Specific Information

Our Medical Communications team works to improve patient health by supplying high-quality medical information services on behalf of our customers to patients, healthcare providers and stakeholders. We manage medical information inquiries, document adverse events and product complaints, support product launches and help customers set up successful medical communications operations in a complex, global environment.

  • Office Location: Seven/NEO Building, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines
  • Work Shift Schedule: Night Shift (following US Business Hours)
  • Work Setting: Hybrid; 1 to 3 days a week on-site

Supports the delivery, sustainment and improvement of learning products, programs, and services in order to improve corporate readiness, performance and quality.

A day in the Life:

  • Following pre-defined processes, collaborates with project teams to coordinate, document, and/or provide the development and the delivery of training products and services to maximize content retention and compliance.
  • Supports the design, development and delivery of educational, training and learning products and services for the business.
  • Prepares, coordinates and/or delivers pre-meeting, learning course and project working group materials, facilities, and communications per established timelines and milestones.
  • Undertakes learning projects, assignments and administrative tasks per business needs.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification

Experience

  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years).

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to effectively apply knowledge and skills in a highly organized fashion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good computer skills in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WebEx or other teleconference, recording/editing tools/interactive computer programs
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English language and grammar
  • Good organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
  • High degree of confidentiality with clinical data and client's proprietary data
  • Ability to attain and maintain a working knowledge of GCPs and applicable SOPs
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment as need

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Frequently interacts with others to acquire or relate information to diverse groups.
  • Works independently with little guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions and plans work schedules to meet goals. Requires multiple periods of driven concentration.
  • Performs a wide range of variable tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence. Ability to perform under stress. Ability to multi-task.
