Position Location: Shanghai, Beijing
Position Summary:
Be the contact window of global support team and China Service team with expertise. To ensure local service team equipped with the highest technical competence, which help them to deliver high quality service to our customers and drive service business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage global wide resources to search solutions on complicated hot issues.
• Build local technical support center and dedicated communication channels.
• Lead and participate in the technical related projects, such as NPI, Recall, Product quality Improvement, et, al.
• Support knowledge base construction of dedicated product lines.
• Focus on FSE competence improvement, participate in competence evaluation system construction, training program development and training courses delivery.
• Provide technical support & training to other non technical functions & customers with needs.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry/environment majors.
• Experienced in using analyzer for monitoring AQI, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and ion concentrations in atmosphere, general parameters in water quality. Proficient in the operation and maintenance of these instruments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills on both Chinese and English
• Good at MS. office software
• Problem solving capability with logical and systematical mind set
• 15% travel required
• Project management experience is a plus.
