Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Support specialist, you will have a crucial part in ensuring magnificent execution of our product strategies. Your proficiency in meeting customer needs and implementing successful solutions will be of utmost importance. Specific responsibilities include:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during customer engagements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings to showcase the value and functionality of our products.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support clinical HLA labs by providing product and technical support before sales.
- Provide training to Channel partners, ICL customers, and secondary dealers.
- Develop relationships within key accounts which reflect favorably on HLA products. Provide and support current HLA Typing and Antibody technologies to customers.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and provide insights for continuous product improvement.
- Support the launch of new products by providing technical input and ensuring readiness for market entry.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers, working closely with engineering and support teams.
