Job Description
Responsibilities:
Offer professional mentorship to customers, improving their understanding and advocating for our range of single-use products, such as bioreactors, bioprocess containers, fluid transfer assemblies, and filters.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge in the designated product portfolio, applying sophisticated sales techniques to engage customers and successfully finalize sales.
Continually develop comprehensive technical knowledge of anchoring technology products to better address customer needs.
Lead and manage sales activities to consistently achieve or surpass revenue targets.

Identify and bring to bear new business opportunities to generate leads and increase sales across the entire product and service range.
Track market performance, devise customized presentations, and formulate persuasive proposals for clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities and strategically further relationships with key customers.
Be prepared to travel extensively (50% or more) to fulfill business requirements.
Requirements:
A confirmed experience in commercial or sales roles, preferably with a solid background in biology and bioprocessing.
Equivalent experience in Biology, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field is acceptable, although a Master's degree is desired.
Proven capability to optimally understand and analyze technical and market data.
Robust analytical, communication, and project management skills, and proficiency in tools like Power BI and Salesforce.
Skilled in English, with impressive communication and presentation abilities.
