Job Description

What will you do?

  • Manage Product Line Sales : Work as an authority of the products responsible. Work with supporting function on registration, custom clearance, logistic, stock and quality complaint, etc.
  • Build and implement Sales strategy and plan for Product line: Acquire market intelligence on market trend, competitor, and customer demand to identify the position for exploring the potential to grow.
  • Drive growth through key initiatives and new market development: Make detailed action plan and pricing strategy. Follow up regularly and keep track of the progress and performance.
  • Support account sales team in reaching sales target: Technical Support to Sales team. Provide product training to sales team and distributors. Visit and maintain key accounts. Build network with KOLs and new speakers.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with other tasks related to the products responsible.
  • Measure and report performance to supervise campaign results and uncover relevant insights, content gaps, and opportunities for purposeful online dialog within targeted segments.
  • Lead balanced growth by providing product training to the direct sales teams and channel partners.
  • Position our products and establish mid/long-term strategies through competitive market research.
  • Understand Workflows within the Science field (Waste Water, On-line Water measurement and general science application.) to be able to sell customer the right products needed for their applications/workflow
  • Comfortable at product demonstration, instnallatios and customer trainings as required, depending on the business needs

How will you get there?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in preferably Applied Science.
  • More than 4 years of customer focused marketing or sales experience in Environment or Chemical market
  • Having experience in product management or sales for Water analysis instruments(pH & Electrochemistry Analysis is advantageous. (Water purification system is plus)
  • A validated understanding of general science market, optimization techniques and tools.
  • Consistent track record of creating, optimizing and reinventing campaigns to constantly improve results.
  • Excellent communicator and creative problem solver with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Familiarity with matrix organizations.
