Objective

You will report to the Manager of Molecular biology and sample preparation Sales Specialist Team. Your role is crucial in handling sales processes, promoting our products and services, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Attain or exceed assigned sales goals, profit goals, and market share goals consistently.
  • Apply your outstanding product knowledge and consultative selling skills to deliver impactful sales presentations and engage in technology discussions with customers.
  • Call on all organizational levels and functional areas within assigned accounts.
  • Deliver presentations to customers on new products to promote adoption.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for effectively handling your assigned territory.
  • Maintain and increase the current customer database through our customer relations management software.
  • Collect market dynamics information and connect with marketing and sales teams to analyze impact and develop business strategies.
  • Use data sources for analyzing and taking advantage of territory opportunities.
  • Regularly communicate successes and effective processes to improve the overall efficiency of the team and organization.
  • Support marketing programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Master degree or above in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or related field. Equivalent knowledge and experience in the industry is acceptable.
  • Strong technical background in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, synthetic biology, molecular diagnostics, low or high throughput sample preparation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 year work experience in technical support, business development is preferred.
  • Experience in sales role and knowledge of accounts are advantageous.
  • Strong desire to achieve target and self-fulfillment are essential.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently; Strong organizational ability to successfully work and get things done in teams.
