Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, understanding their unique challenges, and provide technical assessments throughout the sales cycle.
- Establish relationships at various levels within client organizations, establishing initial technical credibility.
- Craft and deliver engaging technical demonstrations of our Digital Science software.
- Understand competitors' strengths and weaknesses, collaborating to define agile and effective sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product management, solutions development, and services, to achieve yearly booking, revenue, and growth targets.
- Stay abreast of our products' intricacies, maintaining knowledge of features, functions, and processes.
- Play a pivotal role in closing sales where technical expertise is crucial for meeting clients' needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- Requires a bachelor's degree in science, engineering or related field, or four additional years equivalent proven experience.
Experience
- 1-3 years' technical sales exposure, preferably in the Laboratory Software Solutions, LIMS, ELN, SDMS working with industries such as life science, pharmaceutical, biotech, environmental, food & beverage, and/or chemicals.
- Demonstrated ability to showcase software, solicit technical requirements, and communicate value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of commercial operations within complex sales cycles.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $75,700.00-$101,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
