Responsibilities:

  • Collect and evaluate personnel performance and performance data and initiate corrective actions Lead and influence the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels according to production schedule
  • Effective people management to ensure timely responses and resolutions of people issues including absence and capability issues whilst maintaining a healthy working team ethic.
  • Drive safety standards in collaboration with the Health and Safety team while engagement within the team to ensure Safety is a priority and maintain 5s in the manufacturing area. Ensure relevant Gemba's are completed monthly.
  • Report hazard IDs and near misses and ensure all relevant PPE is being worn
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained within the manufacturing facility on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure all product is of the highest quality following cGMP and SOPs.
  • Conduct and participate in daily tier meetings with staff and leadership.
  • Conduct process audits to ensure compliance.
  • Perform investigations of equipment, errors, people, quality and safety.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2 years of validated supervisory and people management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High-school Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with quality systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with working to tight SOPs
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing and production.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $31.73-$46.75.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
