What you will do:
- Hold meetings, conduct audits, generate reports, and implement controls to ensure team compliance with established objectives and metrics.
- Allocate workloads to team members in accordance with established objectives.
- Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational objectives, focusing on operational performance and accurate mentorship of team members.
- Review and provide support with account reconciliations.
- Lead resolutions when customer concerns arise, ensuring the best possible solutions.
- Provide support in complex and critical disputes.
- Maintain involvement and communication with customers through various channels.
- Lead and serve as a point of contact in internal and external audit processes.
- Find opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement of processes.
- Support supervisors and management in implementing company strategies.
- Provide support and handle additional requests as needed.
Education
- University or College degree
Experience
- 6+ years of relevant working experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Effective training skills and team-building capabilities for rapid ramp-up of functional tasks.
- Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience leading continuous process improvement projects leading to significant time or cost savings.
- Prior experience with work transition/system implementation is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy as data entry is critical.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate staff.
