A day in the Life:

  • Become a valuable member of our established distributed team, contributing to our dedication to perfection through a strong understanding of our users, processes, systems, and data.
  • Collaborate with product owners to capture requirements, define functional specifications, and implement system improvements, configurations, and customizations in SAP C4S.
  • Provide daily operational support and troubleshooting for the service platform application, addressing issues in real-time to ensure business continuity.
  • Work closely with global users to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues or data inconsistencies within the application.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of system processes and user experiences by providing recommendations and delivering actionable insights.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent required.

Experience

  • Demonstrated abilities in an instrument service business with profound process and system understanding preferably with SAP solutions
  • 2+ years of business analyst, process analyst or similar experience in a service business
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and service systems preferable Cloud for Customer or comparable SaaS (could also be user experience)
  • Experience with incident and change management processes within an IT service management (ITSM) framework is a plus.

  • Ability to tackle for sophisticated business problems - applied analysis, creative thinking, interdependency consideration, developing recommendations for the best path forward
  • Curious - doesn't stop at the easy answer, wants to understand all aspects
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing timelines and priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and become expert in business processes

Work Environment

  • Travel: This role may require global travel 0-2x per quarter
  • Remote / work from home
  • Willing to work non-traditional hours to accommodate time differences of a global team
