What will you do?

  • Understand and document business requirements
  • Analyze functionality gaps and develop alternatives
  • Finalize Business blueprinting
  • Develop Project Plans
  • Conduct Configuration, Unit, and Integration testing
  • Resolve multi-functional issues with different user groups and SAP teams
  • Prepare functional specifications for conversions and improvements
  • Coordinate with the development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and update the status with respective teams
  • Provide user training where appropriate
  • Coordinate with Power users in resolving issues that arise during user training
  • Complete Production Support issues
  • Provide effective scope and issue management
  • Search and apply OSS notes where appropriate
  • Demonstrate exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience preferred

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP PP/ QM (SAP ECC6), S/4 experience preferred
  • At least 2 end-to-end overall SAP implementations

- Excellent knowledge and extensive exposure on Product life cycle management, MRP, variant configuration, batch management, and integration with QM/WM/CO -PC

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Quality planning, inspection, and control including quality certificates, QM-PT, QCAQC, CA, QN (Interfaces)
  • Good exposure in quality control in the receipt, production process, final product, returns, stock transfer, and calibration of equipment
  • Experience in Integration with other modules especially MM, WM, PM, SD, and Finance
  • Solid skills in functional requirement gathering / fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end user support, and documentation
  • Good understanding and experience in different phases of development life cycle in relation to ERP implementation with involvement in at least 2 full cycle implementations in projects
  • Work closely with the SAP project team in documenting, configuring, and implementing the project module accurately.
  • Provide support for Master Data Management, custom transactions, or 3rd party interfaces

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Knowledge and exposure to CAPA, Stability, Audit Management processes
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must possess good partnership skills and work optimally with multi-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
