Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable business development and innovation by actively engaging in business planning, analyzing and acting upon business intelligence, identifying potentials and risks, and exploring the future through building scenarios and contingency plans.
  • Lead business performance management by translating business plans into goals, ensuring a balanced totality, and providing relevant performance reporting and follow-up. You will support the management team in pro-actions on potential deviations, solution development, and decision making.
  • Drive planning and operation processes maintenance, continuous improvements, and changes using your lean/PPI experience. Your goal is to meet the dynamic and diverse business environment while securing efficient and comprehensive end-to-end work processes, risk management, compliance with regulations.
  • Set up and optimize controlling tools and accelerate the digitalization agenda, including automation, sophisticated analytics, and modeling, to efficiently support the diverse and dynamic business environment and our vision and strategy through validated data analysis and clear data visibility.
  • Lead project portfolio management to ensure right priorities aligned with business plan ambitions and balanced resource planning. You will develop project plans, identify dependencies, assess time and budget estimates, analyze critical paths, risks, and constraints, and identify resource requirements.
  • Support team people competence development, particularly in PPI process, digitalization, and project management.
  • Assist the line manager in deploying new strategic programs and training in the operation and planning teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Operations, Computer Science, Supply Chain
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in supply chain and 2 years+ in project management, especially in digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with SIOP process, MRP and ERP systems, power BI, and databases.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional/organizational projects with a super collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin in oral and written communication.
  • Lean expert preferred.
