A day in the Life:

  • Reporting to area manager the supervisor coordinates the daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient performance, and reach daily targets in a timely manner
  • Lead and mentor a team of about 60 people to successfully implement production plans.
  • Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.

Keys to Success:

  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate and develop team members.
  • Proven track record in managing manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to determine and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.

Education:

  • High school diploma, degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
  • Proven expertise in process improvement.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Outstanding knowledge of manufacturing operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
