Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, PDS Manufacturing, you will:

  • Lead a team of manufacturing operators, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Coordinate the manufacturing processes to ensure flawless execution and adherence to strict quality standards.
  • Determine and implement standard processes to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new manufacturing technologies and processes.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely completion of production schedules to meet customer demands and compete in the global marketplace.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • Strong understanding of formulation and manufacturing processes.
  • Outstanding leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences) is preferred.
