Responsibility

  • Working with Semi marketing development manager and commercial team to develop MKT strategic and tactical integrated marketing plans, to achieve objectives based on division marketing strategies.
  • Aligning with Semi market strategies, demonstrate value chain and enhance industrial leadership with excellent event operation.
  • Defining key objectives, campaigns, and tactics to drive market growth and brand awareness. Implementing the annual marketing plan, overseeing the execution of marketing activities.
  • Regularly performance review to track event/campaign results and discover relevant insights, content gaps, and opportunities for improvements.
  • Developing innovative marketing tools, campaigns and channels for specific message communication and demand generation according to marketing strategy.
  • Working with sales development team to create and refine contents for marketing programs and demand generation collaterals.
  • Effectively managing and coordinating vendors of event operation and creation services. Effectively controlling and tracking marketing expense.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is required. Major in Material Science, Physics and Electronics Science and Technology is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing communication or related roles with knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for campaign management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation ability. Capable to thrive under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment with diverse stack holders.
  • Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (PPT, Word, Excel) relevant to the role.
  • Over 20% travel of the time, to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Strong written and spoken abilities in both Chinese and English are required.
