Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain production cells and molding machines by providing timely production schedules to the warehouse.
  • Ensure the continuous supply of raw materials to the site and manage timely purchasing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to improve scheduling visibility and successfully implement schedule initiatives.
  • Deliver products to the Distribution Center on time, aiming to reduce backorders and meet customer demands within AOP.
  • Maintain production schedule adherence and ensure targets are met.
  • Provide direction to employees while coordinating and recommending changes to company policies.
  • Manage short-term deliverables, including customer service, inventory, and manufacturing costs.
  • Conduct capacity planning for equipment and shift capacity over a rolling 12-18 months.
  • Plan and level load monthly production to achieve customer service objectives.
  • Analyze demand patterns and collaborate with demand planning to build a seamless production plan.
  • Lead ramp-up and ramp-down production for inventory planning at the site.
  • Set up feasible production schedules, manage capacity changeovers, shift models, and production setup wheels.
  • Apply priority tools in backlog situations to minimize impact.
  • Align daily with manufacturing and manage deviations.
