Location/Division Specific Information

At our corporate offices in Mexico City.

How will you make an impact? (Objective)

Responsible for coordinating and complying with all the foreign trade activities of the company for the different legal entities in Mexico, has to define, implement, control, and improve the metrics related to the importation and exportation processes. To lead the Comex team in Mexico City Office and establish all the controls required to keep our operation completely in compliance with local regulations and fully aligned with the company's values.

To manage the relationship and improvement plans with customs broker and make audits frequently to make sure the operation is in compliance. To handle the relationship with Freight Forwarders for international freight services. Also to work closely with Regulatory Affairs to make sure all the importations are in compliance regarding the regulated products by Cofepris and Senasica.

To keep on track the operations of international transit times, customs clearance, and deliveries to our 3PL warehouse as well as the operations/landed costs control.

To provide visibility on the new regulations and updates in foreign trade normativity about potential impacts to our operation in Mexico.
