Job Description
- Responsible for daily management of Beijing two Depot Sites.
- Managing EPM depot team , providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective repair operations and assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to enhance productivity and quality.
- Responsible for developing and implementing standardized repair processes and procedures and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and continuously improving repair workflows to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as commercial and field ,customer service, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding repair status and updates.
- Responsible for promoting and enforcing site EHS management, identifying potential hazards, and implementing appropriate safety measures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of the products being repaired
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality control and process improvement methodologies
- 5 years or above management experience , foreign company working experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
