What will you do

Lead and supervise a team of analytical scientists in the development and optimization of analytical methods

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and design efficient workflows

Successfully implement analytical strategies to support product development and regulatory submissions

Ensure flawless execution of experiments and data analysis, maintaining strict adherence to quality standards

Laboratory Investigational writing skills - Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Analyze and interpret complex analytical data and author reports

Client facing - Must be proficient in written and face to face communication to internal and external clients

Process improvement and innovative mindset

Proficient on USP, ICH, EU and FDU processes and guidances

The ability to author CMC regulatory documents and white papers to support regulatory filings.

How will you get here

Education / Experience

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Master's or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, Analytical Chemistry or related science.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

In depth knowledge of HPLC, LC-MS, FTIR and GC

Proven experience in analytical development

Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
