Your expertise in market dynamics, reimbursement landscapes, and influencing decision-making processes will be crucial in this role.

Revenue Growth and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Tailor sales strategies to align with market trends, focusing on reimbursement, guidelines, and political decisions.
  • Coordinate revenue growth: Propel revenue in the academic hospital market segment by managing essential relationships and coordinating critical projects.
  • Engage with Authorities: Influence reimbursement decisions by engaging with authorities such as GBA, KBV, and Krankenkassen.

Sales Initiatives and Campaigns:

  • Drive Local Sales Initiatives: Develop and implement targeted local sales initiatives.
  • Build Effective Sales Campaigns: Construct sales campaigns targeting nNGM (lung cancer network Germany) customers and Modellvorhaben members.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with account managers to ensure cohesive and impactful sales efforts.

Collaborator Engagement:

  • Coordinate Key Interactions: Plan and implement interactions with key collaborators at prominent national events, including congresses, user meetings, and webinars.
  • Engage with Scientific Societies: Build strong connections with scientific societies in the DACH region and manage relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Expand KOL Network: Grow and maintain a robust network of KOLs in pathology, hematology, and oncology.

Market Influence and Thought Leadership:

  • Impact Key Networks: Craft the conversation in networks like Modellvorhaben, genomDE, and nNGM.
  • Elevate Awareness: Amplify awareness and establish thought leadership among collaborators in the NGS market, emphasizing Thermo Fisher Scientific's comprehensive solutions for Oncomine and custom solutions.

Market Dynamics and Innovation:

  • Monitor Market Trends: Keep a close eye on national market dynamics, guidelines, and the reimbursement landscape to introduce biomarker innovations.
