Staff Scientist Research & Development (m/f/d)

• University degree in Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Ideally doctoral degree in technical field, showcasing your expertise and dedication in the field
• Track record of 4 years of industrial experience in development of sophisticated analytic instrumentation
• Expert knowledge of scientific principles in mass spectrometry
• Excellent analytical skills and quick learning, thrive in a high paced work environment
• Motivating personality with an interdisciplinary approach that fosters inclusivity and embraces diverse perspectives
• Agile, creative thinking and a growth mindset, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement, passion to overcome boundaries in technology
• Actively promote teamwork, creating an environment where collaboration and mutual support thrive, fostering a sense of unity and shared goals
• Open communication to help create a collaborative and diverse environment.
• Proficient in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
