By leading collaborative cross-functional teams to define and deliver commitments: demonstrating feasibility for new technologies, commercializing new products, or improving on-market products, all using our stage-gate or iterative processes to deliver to the agreed scope, schedule, and budget, while leading execution, risk management, trade-offs analysis, and communications.

What will you do?

You'll be responsible for programs and projects, driving problem solving activities, determining and ensuring the right scope, schedule, and budget to deliver strategic business results.

You'll lead all day-to-day program work, making sure problems are rapidly identified and resolved, applying program management standard processes to commercialize new products.

Lead communication and approval reviews, providing clear and concise written and verbal communication to all levels of the program team and partners, and adapting style to various audiences and situations.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferred in the Life Sciences.
  • PMP certification preferred but not required.
  • 6+ years of program/project management and new product development experience, including voice of customer experience activities.

  • Intrinsically motivated, accountable, and committed to professional development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator; outstanding relationship builder across all levels of the organization.
  • Effective at influencing and leading without direct authority.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion to drive timely results and improvements.
  • Strong presentation skills, especially in assisting collaborators with decision making.
  • Ability to lead and drive complex discussions, decisions and tackle problems.
  • Experience leading new product development and phase gate framework.
