  • Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, ensuring all achievements are reached promptly and effectively.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate all aspects of the project, including timelines, prioritization, and risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables, encouraging an inclusive and cooperative work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, using proven methodologies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify and address potential issues promptly to prevent them from intensifying.
  • Collaborate effectively with collaborators at all levels, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You'll lead program communications and stage-gate approval reviews, providing clear and concise written and verbal communication to all levels of the program team and partners, and tailoring style to a broad range of audiences and situations, including senior executives.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in technical Engineering field or 10 years equivalent work experience. .
  • At least 8 years+ of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing complex projects.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to encourage and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, displaying meticulousness and a dedication to flawless execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, example, Power BI, Excel macros, and Planview PPM tools.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
