Job Description

The Data Science Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a Manager, Program Management to join the team. The role is a critical member of the team generating $500M+ of attributed revenue annually. Your direct contribution will come from driving the program success of our commercial data science business partners.

Effective planning, strong interpersonal relationship building, issue resolution, and dependency management are paramount to this role. This person will translate business opportunities into strategic ideas and actions that deliver business value and an outstanding commercial experience.

  • Strategy planning and alignment: Collaborate with business partners to develop near and long-term plans, align functional objectives, and ensure strong execution.
  • Opportunity development: Engage commercial and marketing customers to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Prioritization and execution: Drive roadmap alignment with product management and ensure that results meet expected business outcomes.
  • Leadership: Champion cross-functional partnerships, facilitate communication, and align all parties around shared goals to achieve business results.
  • Deliver change: Implement activities to accelerate the adoption and utilization of data science within our sales and digital organizations.

How will you get here?

Education/ Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of Marketing, Commercial or Digital product management, with a proven ability in strategy and program/project management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Executive presence. Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
  • Hard-working ability to influence at leadership and lateral levels.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategy. Able to perform against robust growth targets, considering various metrics and data inputs.
  • Ability to work across a heavily matrixed environment. Effective at interpersonal relationships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead short-term results concurrent with longer-term strategic achievements.
