Responsibilities:
- Determine training needs and develop training programs and materials for operations teams
- Serve as liaison for key business units and team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of training initiatives
- Implement and manage training programs to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness • Conduct training sessions and workshops to train employees on new processes and systems
- Evaluate the success of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for operations teams
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories • Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
