Your Role: In Eindhoven, we are at the forefront of developing cutting-edge High End TEM microscopes. As a valued team member, you will spearhead the meticulous testing and timely delivery of these state-of-the-art microscopes. The intricate process of building, aligning, and testing our TEM microscopes spans 9-12 months before they are ready to leave our facility.

The Challenge + Position: As a dedicated tool-owner, you will ensure the precise alignment and construction of customer-specific transmission electron microscopes. You will oversee the seamless integration of modules at the tool level and promptly address any issues at the module or system levels, collaborating closely with partners in operations engineering or R&D. We welcome candidates with relevant experience or fresh graduates eager to take their first career step, driven by technical challenges and at ease working in a cleanroom environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Integrating modules and conducting comprehensive microscope testing
  • Following established procedures and executing system tests with precision
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of modules or microscopes of the highest quality
  • Contributing to product and process enhancements
  • Independently troubleshooting and analyzing complex problems

Successful Candidates Will Have: Education & Experience:

  • MBO with a minimum of 2 years of experience or a bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • Proficiency in mechanical and/or electronic engineering
  • Ability to analyze technical data effectively and an interest in high-tech systems
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
