Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Supply Chain Architect and make a significant impact on the technological evolution of our supply chain. Utilizing your strategic vision and extensive technical knowledge, you will be responsible for designing and implementing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the agility, efficiency, and competitive edge of our supply chain. This entails leading the integration of Kinaxis RapidResponse with our SAP ERP system, empowering us to enhance our supply chain planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a technology plan for the long term, consistently assessing and incorporating new technologies to stay ahead.
  • Architectural Design: Craft scalable supply chain systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integration between Kinaxis RapidResponse and our SAP or similar ERP.
  • Implementation Leader: Take charge of leading the implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse and other critical applications, ensuring seamless integration with SAP to enhance supply chain planning capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze supply chain performance data to find areas for improvement. Advocate for the adoption of new tools and features, particularly those that enhance the Kinaxis-SAP integration.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements. Foster a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and drives innovation.

Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience: Over 15 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field, with at least 7 years of dedicated work in Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar systems. A track record of successfully leading large-scale supply chain transformations, including the integration of Kinaxis with SAP or other large ERPs.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Kinaxis configuration, data integration, reporting, and relevant programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python). Extensive experience designing and implementing Kinaxis-SAP integrations.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to inspire teams and effectively explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications in Kinaxis, APICS (CPIM, CSCP), or other relevant organizations.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
