The Senior Site Specialist directs daily workflow to meet productivity standards, providing coverage, guidance, and training to team members as needed. Regular engagement with the customer, sales representatives, and management ensures optimized service delivery. Responsibilities include handling stockroom services, order entry, order management, procurement systems, chemical tracking, and desktop delivery of lab supplies. Periodic safety shower and eyewash inspections are conducted to maintain compliance with safety standards. Daily responsibilities may adjust as customer needs evolve.

Attendance at team meetings is required as necessary to stay aligned with operational updates and team objectives, though facilitation of meetings is not expected. Regular interactions with customers help address evolving needs, special requirements, and technical support, ensuring alignment with customer agreements and standard practices.

High School degree or equivalent is required with 3+ years of experience.

Hands-on lab experience preferred, especially in inventory management. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld scanners is crucial, along with the ability to learn and navigate inventory systems.
