Develop functions related to the Administrative Service and Support sector
RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of service orders (Opening, accounting, application of parts and other particulars) Quotation, approval and billing of eventual services Monitor engineers' inventory to maintain an adequate stock of spare parts.
Knowledge of JDE to perform quotes, invoicing and creation of service orders
Telephone attention to external clients
Maintain contact with finance, field team, technical support and logistics, for timely monitoring of the area's requirements.
